Our approach · The Full Circuit

A 360° model for human performance.

We don't do one-size-fits-all. Every programme is designed around your goals, your calendar and your lifestyle, delivered by a multidisciplinary team of industry experts and backed by the science used at the top of world sport.

Most coaching fixes one sector. We coach the lap.

A strength block, a nutrition plan, a mindset session: each helps one sector. Performance is a lap. Every part has to hold together under pressure, and the weakest one sets the time.

Our approach · The Full Circuit

Sector times don't win races. Full laps do.

Every programme we build covers eight connected areas. Neglect one and the whole lap suffers, whether the lap is a race weekend, a quarter at work or a year of training.

Principles

What makes it work.

  1. 01

    Measured, not guessed

Every programme starts with testing and ends with a re-test. Progress is a number, not a feeling.

  2. 02

    One plan, many specialists

Physio, S&C, nutrition and psychology work from the same plan, coordinated by one coach.

  3. 03

    Built around your calendar

Race weekends, quarter-ends, school terms. The programme fits the life, not the other way round.

  4. 04

    Sustainable by design

The HINTSA principle: performance that lasts comes from wellbeing, not from squeezing harder.

What a programme changes

Balanced, not just bigger.

The aim isn't to max out one axis. It's to lift the whole shape so no pillar is the one that fails on Sunday. The dashed line is a typical starting profile; the solid line is where a twelve-week block gets most athletes.

ILLUSTRATIVE PROFILE

How a programme is built

Assess. Plan. Deliver. Review.

  1. 1

    Assess

An Athlete MOT or consultation: where you are across all eight pillars, measured not guessed.

  2. 2

    Plan

A written programme with targets, a calendar and the coaches responsible for each part.

  3. 3

    Deliver

In person, trackside and through the app. Weekly check-ins and adjustments.

  4. 4

    Review

Data reviewed at every milestone, and the plan rebuilt around what it shows.

Approach FAQs

Do I have to do all eight pillars?

Every programme touches all eight, but the weighting is yours. A karting driver in a hot season leans on hydration and recovery; a City professional leans on sleep and work-life balance.

How is this different from a personal trainer?

A trainer coaches sessions. We coach the whole system: training, food, sleep, mindset, recovery and the calendar they sit in, with specialists for each and one coach responsible for the plan.

How quickly will I see a difference?

Habits change in the first fortnight. Measured performance moves over a twelve-week block, which is why we test and re-test on that cycle.

Start your journey.

Tell us where you compete, work or train and we'll build a programme around it.
