What a HINTSA-certified coach actually does
Teams hear 'Hintsa' and think Formula 1. Here's what the certification means in practice and why it matters in a karting awning as much as an F1 garage.

Hintsa Performance is the coaching organisation behind most Formula 1 world champions of the last two decades. Its method starts from a simple idea: sustainable performance is built on the whole person, not on a single training metric. Physical activity, nutrition, sleep and recovery, biomechanics, mental energy and general health are treated as one connected system.
Certification means a coach has been trained in that method, in the science behind it and in how to apply it with athletes and executives. It means a shared language with the best teams in the sport, and a discipline about measurement and review that you don't always find in performance coaching.
For a karting family it means the coach in the awning is working from the same playbook as the one in the F1 garage, scaled to a twelve-year-old's body and a club calendar. For a business it means a wellbeing programme built on evidence rather than trends. That's why we made certification a requirement for our team rather than a nice-to-have.
